One UI 7.0 beta program Confirmed for both developers and users

Samsung confirmed that The One UI 7.0 beta program will be available for developers and regular users. Samsung fans were anticipating this, but some were concerned when the company confirmed the beta for developers only after the first official One UI 7.0 teaser at the Samsung Developer Conference (SDC24) last week.
A moderator on Samsung US' community forums has confirmed that the One UI 7.0 beta program will be available to the public. This confirmation should alleviate any concerns that fans may have had about its availability.

Unfortunately, the beta testing for One UI 7.0 won't be commencing anytime soon for developers or users. Upon querying the company, they indicated that they would provide further details later this year. It appears that Samsung is holding off on releasing the stable version of the new software to existing devices until the launch of the Galaxy S25 series, which is expected to take place early next year.

One UI 7.0 Beta: Early Access for Developers and Users

Samsung aims to implement significant changes to its One UI 7, extending the overhaul to encompass phones, tablets, and all product lines. This initiative seeks to achieve a unified software experience across the entirety of Samsung's product portfolio under the One UI brand.

It's important to note that the One UI 7.0 beta program has been running behind schedule for about two months when compared to the One UI 6.0 and 5.0 beta programs. However, it's worth understanding that Samsung has delayed the release for good reason. This delay is due to the extensive overhaul that One UI 7.0 is bringing, which is said to be the most significant since the introduction of One UI version 1.0.

One UI 7: Smart Select Now Focuses on the Main Area

The public beta testing of the forthcoming version of One UI holds significant importance. User feedback, even for minor One UI updates, is invaluable. Therefore, it would be imprudent for Samsung to overlook the opportunity for users to beta test the most substantial One UI update in years.

Whether you purchase a Samsung smartphone, smartwatch, TV, or one of its many smart home appliances, you can expect a unified and exceptional user experience. Samsung is committed to seamlessly integrating AI into the overall user experience
